3DS MAX started to work slowly

Hi there.

I model a building with ‘stones’. I made ‘stone bricks’ (boxes that I changed by PolyDamage script). Now I have got a lot of polygons and 3DS MAX started to work slowly. It’s bad. Maybe I need to do it in another way? Can you recommend to me something to rid of a slow performance of my CPU, please?

I attached screen shots of my model with statistics. By the way, my CPU is not good enough for ‘heavy models’.

if there is no animation for the stones , you’d better collapse them to one mesh
and for better performance , you can turn to proxy based on your renderer
