On the very same delivery day of Autodesk 3ds Max 2012, cebas Visual Technology Inc. is able to serve up its versions of both finalRender 3.5 and 3.5 SE (including finalToon) for the newest version of 3ds Max. The software is available in both 32- and 64-bit versions and available for immediate download from the cebas website.
Today, Autodesk is also announcing the release of its 2012 software and that of compatible, top-tier partners, among which cebas counts itself as one of the earliest and longest standing.
SP3 includes New Features and Fixes
The following are included in the finalRender 3.5 and 3.5 SE SP3:

[/li][li]A new include/exclude feature has been added for atmospherics in “fR Complete”.
[/li][li]Visibility track in finalToon has been stabilized.
[/li][li]Possible issues with ambient occlusion Render Element have been addressed.
[/li][li]A pyroCluster with fR 3.5 SP2 problem has been fixed.
[/li][li]The inability of ParticleLight to upgrade Gradient has been fixed.
[/li][li]An issue that caused to render first frame only in Foam Map of ocean material has been isolated and fixed.
[/li][li]The randomly resetting file name in Foam Map has been addressed.
[/li][/ul]
How to Get this Service Pack
finalRender 3.5 & 3.5 SE SP3 are offered as a free download to all registered customers. Current users of finalRender 3.5 and 3.5 SE should log in to my.cebas.com and obtain the latest Service Pack from their “View Product Registrations” account menu. Registered users will automatically see all available download options.
Customers not currently registered on www.cebas.com, or who do not see their SP3 download, may contact cebas through the contact menu located on the home page and supply their relevant data including serial number(s).
