Does anyone known where can i find 3d unity tutorials or tutorials website

Try google :D. Is it modelling that you need because then just do it the normal way and then look at the unity documentation. It describes how to import some standard formats and also some rules that needs to be applied.

If it is unity specific tutorials you are looking for, unitystudent.com is a great place to start. Also challanges your brain :D. Otherwise just google and you will find plenty.
