hope everyone else will get the base meshes preped soon
[myself icluded LOL]! Can’t wait for some more sculpting :bounce:
Well, if there is no objection from GinoLatino or Magdalena with that, I would like to try with Antonio Canova’s Amor and Psyche as well
In case it is not permitted for a sculpture to be selected more than once, please let me know…
Hi guys, i am also in. I am going ahead with Nicolas Adam - Prometheus . Please do give your valuable comments as i am gonna need it very much since i have very little knowledge about anatomy. & to top it all i am a beginner in Z brush.
& Intervain thanks for the opportunity.
Here is a W.I.P

You’re allowed to take on whatever project you like

I’ll try to sculpt Jean-Baptiste Pigalle - Mercury if I’ll find a photo of this sculpture from the back. Please, let me know if anyone has one.

imtilongchar-great start!

cecill - Hi and welcome
StephaneD - I do hope you’ll find some time
VinayKr - Well it’s definitely a right place to practice
Welcome!
Alex - super expressive! I’m really looking forward to more
I’ve decided to go for an interpretation of Gerome’s gladiators
[this is one of a few versions of this - paintings and sculpture - I’ll be basing myself more on Morot’s version after Gerome’s original which is far more lively] I love the poor guy trying to wriggle out of certain death… lots of energy and twisted flesh
[I sound nearly deranged LOL]
I will work on: 18. Nicolas Adam - Prometheus.

Great theme and very interesting entries, guys! This would be my first attempt in this forum,
sure it would be fun and educative!
I’m in too!

Maybe make the feet just a tad bigger and more muscular,…they look smaller than the hands at the moment…just a passing thought…
ANYWAY, KEEP GOING…Really looking forward to seeing the progress on it…
