3d object transform....pls help

The animation is a
ball change to a bird and fly then it change to a car,
how can I do the transform from A to B to C by cinema 4D
( transform time is around 1 sec )
any plugin needed?
I can build all related models.

I don’t think so there is plugin for such kind of animation…

As I do such kind of animation in Softimage XSI by using shape manager & Lattice…
