I am looking for a tool, engine, and/or software that would achieve this same design. The ability to have a 3d asset with multiple parts in a 3d space, and have the viewer have control of full rotation, zoom of the object. As well as the ability to have animation.

This must be something that can be used without a 3rd party plugin… Java and/or HTML5 would be acceptable. Something that is already standard on the majority of browsers.
