32 bit displacement problem (i read a ton of similar threads using google already...)

Hi

I use zbrush 4r5 and 3dmax 2012 with vray 2.3

I dont know why but my 32 displacement map cuts black levels, the same is with vector displacement. and even when i cut the levels, it looks like it has not been smoothed when i use 3D displacement, whe i use the 2D one it looks ok.
