I’m trying to do a 2 handed axe swing. I’m using biped in cs4. I’ve tried putting a link constraint on the bottom hand, this works great if i were doing a single handed axe swing. But how would i link the top hand to the handle and make it slide down as he swings.

Link both hands to the axe, and animate the axe. The hands will follow. Depending on the angle/distance you move the axe, you may need to tweak how your arms move.
