You’ll need an x79 chipset, socket 2011 motherboard for that processor, not the x87 chipset, socket 1150 motherboard you have chosen. Like the Asus P9X79, for example.
For RAM, you’ll want to chose a quad channel kit, not a dual channel one, like you have. So it would be 4X4GB or 4X8gb for example. Dual channel will still work but performance will be slightly reduced.
A 650w power supply would be fine, unless you plan on adding more graphics cards later on. I favour especially Seasonic, Superflower, Antec especially but Coolermaster should be OK.
For your 770GTX, I recommend getting the 4GB version over the 2GB if it doesn’t cost too much more. It will stand you in good stead if you use VRay RT much.
