Zbrush remeshing mannequins (newbie)

Ok, I’m totally new to Zbrush. I’ve been using mudbox but zbrush looks like its the way to go. So after watching some basic videos I thought i’d give it a go, but now I’m stuck. I’m trying to use remesh on this mannequin that I’ve posed so that I can get on with sculpting (image link below) when I remesh I just get a load of blobs rather than a skin.
