Worst films ever made

#741

I don’t know if anyone mentioned this movie as I’ve not read all fifty pages, but I’ve always hated ConAir and thought this was a waste of celluloid. The acting was astoundingly bad and painful to watch.

Does any remember the “so bad it was hilarious” movie from the 80’s Truth or Dare. My friend and I love to mock that movie.

After just reading diffrent peoples reaction and thought about the movie happiness I could bring my self to watch it, it sounded so bad I meen a guy in his 40s getting intressded in his 12year (don’t remeber the exact age) sons friends thats gross way worse then American Beauty (1999)

ps.
I hate Mars Attack more then the movies I listed earlyer

Throughout this thread I saw several people mention Battlefield Earth. While I don’t think it rates as one of the worse movies I ever saw, it does depress me that they did such a poor job on it when the novel it was based on was so good. Then I get irritated because LoTR was such a smashing success. If they had put the same amount of effort into Battlefield Earth it could have been excellent.

As for the worst movie I’ve ever seen … I can’t really think of one that hasn’t already been mentioned. I do think some of the films brought up as “worst films” weren’t really bad, just not the type of film the viewer was interested in.

Dreamcatcher

yeah, i saw this…this…‘thing’ last week and i still haven’t fully recovered yet…
the angry alien leech with razor sharp fangs trying to escape from the WC tube was funny though. it was the most frightful scene in the whole film, since i feared that the guy sitting on the lid will seriously get it in the ass /thankfully, he was spared. only his brains got eaten up/. but at least it was original. we have seen monsters popping out from people’s stomach and chest too many times.

#745

they are really really bad…but i love them !

GALAXINA http://galaxina.free.fr/
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080771/

2 enfoirés à st-tropez http://maxpecasspirit.free.fr/imagdeux.htm
extrait dialogue : Evelyne: Qu’est ce que vous faîtes vraiment dans la vie Paul et toi?
Julius: On fait gaffe!

Flesh Gordon http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0068595/

#746

but, oooh, you missed perhaps the worst one. A movie called The Stuff.
A “horror” movie, about some yoghurt comming up from the ground. When people ate it they became zombies or so.

Had amazingly “cool” fx, I remember one part where “the stuff” is falling up to the roof, and it’s burning. And lo and behold the flames are burning upside down…

And in the end there came more yoghurt. Tada!, to be continued

We Were Soldiers…Mel Gibson really can’t act, and neither can anyone else in it

#748

I think of myself as a very patient move watcher, I’ll watch almost anything just to see how it ends. Battlefield Earth, Freddie got Fingered, Kazaam… all good choices for horribleness incarnate. Cube2, also a good choice, but it’s stilla quality B (maybe C) movie. But I challenge anyone and everyone to sit and watch an extremely low budget thriller/horror…

THE KILLER TONGUE!

The name alone gives you a glimpse of the creativity behind this film. I don’t know when it was made, how it was made, or who made it. Even IMDB doesn’t have a listing. If I ever find it again I’ll put the credits in a post dubbed: “OFFICIALLY BANED FROM OWNING/RENTING/ OR LOOKING AT A CAMERA EVER AGAIN”

#749

killer tongue

without saying too much, and assuming we are talking about the same film with that title…i personally know the people responsible for that.

i remember when i had my interview, they had the tongue in a glass cabinet alongside some of their other masterpieces. ive only seen bits and pieces of it but i can assure you, this company has worked on much worse

much much worse

Watching alot of movies…due to the quality of swedish TV and to the fact that the internet is fast now (oh yeah and the video store is almost my neighbour)

Seen many of the mentioned movie…and the worst one I’ve seen, was a film I rented not long ago, a rather new one. I picked it since it had good reviews such as “Fantastic scenarios”

Gerry
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0302674/

It’s 105 mins long according to IMDB, but it felt like years.
Two guys, both named Gerry goes to the dessert, to find ‘something’ they have hidden there, they can’t ‘the spot’ and decides to go back to the car and go home…BUT they get lost, and walk for 7/8 of the movie in an american dessert…not talking much.

The mixture of no story, no spoken words and no nothing makes it:
Great crap, utter utter crap.

#751

Wow. I liked it because of how extraordinary the events where yet how realistic it seemed. Yeah, it blows your mind away. That, I’m guessing was the intention.

#752

Citizen Kane and The Incredibles

#753

There can only be one winner of the worst film ever made, and it’s gotta be …

Drumroll ladies…

Monsturd.

Yes, your reading correctly, there’s no typo here. The film is about a killer turd that attacks and kills people. With a music track that boasts popular hits such as “number 2 - the ballad of the monsturd” Not only are you captivated the sites of a killer turd, but your ears are treated to an audio bliss.

Enjoy, and follow the movement :scream:

Anything by the Troma team.

Although most of their flicks are cult favourites, they’re almost all gutter-trash.

#755

Question:

I’ve been looking for a fabled film (which I’ve only heard about from others) entitled “Attack of the Killer Raisin Bread”.

Does it exist?

#756

haha, I’ve never heared of it. However there is an 'Attack of the Killer Tomatoes", and a sequel to it too I think.

#757

Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Come on, it’s David Hasselhoff for God sakes.
Although I must say, this borders on so-bad-it-becomes-hilarious, at least when you watch it among friends. Don’t see this movie alone.

some film with master p

vampire 3000 - a vampire in space with casper van dein and coolio - need i say more?

#759

The last one for me was ISO by Takashi Miike… ok, its a Miike but i gave up just after he f**K with his mother… maybe the movie get better after but i just cant keep watching… way too badly done and boring… no clue, nothing… empty. and im not with the people who say the costumes was gorgeous… too clean, too setup… its painfull to remind the ugly medieval suit of the hero…

But i still (of course) a great fan of Miike! cant wait the next one with the remake of “100 monsters” …Yokai…

ROLF…thats just to funny, I might have to check that one out so I can get a good laugh. A film that is etched into my head that is utterly horrible, but was advertised as a big blockbuster would have to be

Ghost of Mars, my bro and I staired at the credits in confusion, couldn’t believe how bad that film was. The next time I watched it I laughed my ass off because it was so horrible.

Death Machine is another I have to mention cause an old roommate of mine defended that movie with his life whenever the bad movies came up in a discussion.

Any movies with a bunch of rappers as the lead actors, they try but fall way short, they all seem to have the same stories: surviving on the streets, gang banging, revenge, etc. Rappers need to leave the acting to the actors. And thats 4 REAL.

I know the thread is “the worst movies” and not a list of horrible movies, I just couldn’t resist.
