Hi everyone! We’re a team of students working on a real-time ray-traced Maya viewport plug-in. It’s currently all pretty experimental, but we’re making some solid progress! We’ve already implemented visualization of the standard Arnold PBR surface shader.
Within the next two weeks or so, we’d like to release a ray-tracing update for the plug-in, after which we’ll probably focus on improvements and community suggestion.
Anyway, we’re stoked to be here and hope our project can be of use to some of you.
