Hello all,
Recently, I’ve been discussing with other people about starting a mod for Neverwinter Nights off of the Star Wars Universe. The story is called Wookiee: The Calling. Now, before I continue I would like to state that all matters with Lucas Arts on this mod have been taken care of.
I’m in need of a few good eyes to help me create some models for promotional material, not in game models. I need a few of the Characters modeled in high polygon, mainly a Wookiee jut for promo for the mod. We can’t do cinematics with Neverwinter Nights unfortunetely so thats out of the question.
I am willing to buy someone the Ornatrix Hair Plugin (retail $150) if they volunteer to model and create the Wookiee in full detail under my concept. The concept style is that of Star Wars Republic Commando (big, bulky, arcade like). This will be a fun project to work on, I’m a game developer, i know how to make games an manage teams. You will be fully credited, thanked and applauded for your work you do.
I also am in the works of creating other high polygon models myself such as Jawas and droids, the problem is I am not that great of a High Polygon Modeler and I personally like to stick with low polygon.
I’m also very busy and I’m not having much spare time with the GDC and E3 Comming up.
If anyone is interested in helping me create some Star Wars models, please let me know. The Mods Story is under construction and I can assure you it is very interesting and will be a great game to play. Luckily, Neverwinter Nights is easy to mod, so the mod will be made rather easily and quickly with enough effort.
I want to make all of this go as smooth as possible, and there are some many talented artists on this web-site. I would hope that some of you are Star Wars fans and would like to make a Wookiee or Two not just for me but for your own interest.
