For kicks and giggles, I’m doodling this one too because it’s been in my head since Sunday evening. I don’t expect to finish this as a second entry in time, but I had fun and the first entry is done so may as well!

Just an update on my work in progress, sharing with you some of the layers composite for the final piece though I"m still working on the final overall lighting as it will depend on the background/environment which is I’m still figuring out if I’m gonna used the previous WIP that I have shown to this thread,
It is unfortunate that I might not be able to do the other forms: Basic and Final, due to time constraint. I will focus only on the Advance Form.

Here’s my last WIP before the final submission.
Highpoly finished with some basic polypaint. I will use it as a mask for some basic texturing and will render out my character with the background for my final submission.

@ydubeau This is a reply to your post on final submissions 
I would not worry about sticking to original design too much. Rules do say that "Character/Skin must be recognizable " and it does not say that you have to redesign a suit, so you are probably fine. I guess the objective was to create a fan art around the suit with your own twist, whether it is adding background and story, changing elements or making your version of the suit.
