Wings 3d installation problem

Ok guys I just installed wings 3d .98.28 and when I try to run it i get a could not find init file error… it is looking for /bin/erl.ini… i checked the folder and it is indeed missing… i tried getting a older release of wings and got the same problem :frowning: any ideas guys? Running winXP btw
