Why does forum formatting go wonky?

Right now, all the forums have Times text and a white background. Looks very odd. It’s not the normal look of the forums. What causes it?

No it isn’t the default look…Even I was wondering if I was the only one facing this problem…Maybe its under construction or something like that…

Glad I found this thread. I thought Firefox was wigging out on me or something. I guess it’s not just me then at least.

Probably they are saving ink.

It seems to be stuck in “low bandwidth” mode
