Which forum leader?

I have an issue with a unaccepted submission. An email was returned with no stated reason, just a spam of the rules.

How do I know which forum leader to contact regarding this? There are 10 alone for 2d Gallery.

Leigh validates each of the gallery submissions. However, I don’t see that you have a portfolio or any recent submissions. How long ago did you receive this email? Or is it on a different account?

Uh… the only piece that that person submitted yesterday was this one which, as you can see, is in the gallery.

Two additional images were added to that person’s portfolio the day before, but were not submitted to the gallery by the artist.

So what, exactly, is the problem?
