which DirectX 9.0 books ?!

hello my friends

I want to learn DirectX 9.0 for game development, so I have chosen two books,
which one do you recommend to read (with enough samples) ?:

  1. Introduction to 3D Game Programming with DirectX

  2. Advanced 3D Game Programming with DirectX

if your completely new to game programming go for the intro book, throwing yourself in at the deep end wih programming can be a bad idea so start at the begining and work your way through the easy things first easy = boring, but itsa necessary sacrifice for what you need to program for games

I don’t know that you saw those books or not, but I saw both of them and their name make me confused, the "Advance 3D
" book had better codes with full examples and description, a better beginning, and so on

But "Introduction to 3D
" was similar to MSDN documents (Function/syntax and then remark and sometime a small function instead of a full example).
That’s the reason why I asked this question.

Certainly, you know better.
