where is preferences.txt file in wings 0.98.17e?

I have two wings versions in my PC: 0.98.04 e 0.98.17e. At older versions, there was a preferences.txt file. Where can i find preferences.txt in wings 0.98.17e folder??? I’ve tried and i didn’f find anything!!!

I’ve found it (windows 2000):

c:\documents and settings[your user name]\application data\wings3d
