Wheel Rotation Controller

Hey, everyone.

I’m trying to rig up a slider for the wheels of a car I modeled, but I don’t know what expression to use. I’ve wired the proper controller to the slider, but it controls the overall rotation of the wheel. Instead, I want it to have a constant rotation while at anything other than 0, and I want the slider to control the speed at which the tires rotate. Can anyone help me? Google has been useless so far.
