Heres another one, using the shapes SQUARE, CIRCLE and TRIANGLE. Simply tell your friend to “draw a simple shape like…” then name any TWO of those shapes, and tell them “not to show it to you.” Now tell them that they drew the third shape and you’ll be right almost any time.

The thing is the brain immediately cancels out the two mentioned and goes for the third most common shape, occasionally you’ll get smomeone a little more creative who draws a pentagon or rhombus, but if you say Circle or Square, the will typically draw a triangle.

And then there is always this trick:

I don’t think this has been mentioned, but I would really really really appreciate it if we could get an accurate OpenGL display of procedural textures. It would make surfacing sooo much nicer.
