What should my Camera Parameters be?

Ive got footage off a Nikon D5000 and need to know the camera infomation for PFTrack. Heres a link to the specs (http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/nikond5000/). I was using a standard 18-55mm lense but kept at 18. Any help would be useful especially the film back. Cheers in advance

For 16:9 footage you need to enter only the horizontal sensor size.
