Water trouble

Now I have small trouble whith water-render
Max 9-Sp2 Vue xStream (last update).

try some default waters,no GI or FG, no Clouds/Winds.

And It look like thin flm or incorrect reflection.
Also, it’s scale with scaling material.

Any solutions or same problems?
