wacom recording keystoke with shift

I can never get shift to pick up when I’m recording a keystoke for my wacom tablet shortcuts. All other keyboards pick up but neither of my shifts. Any ideas? My keys work fine when i’m using my keyboard.

I think it is recording the Shifts, but it won’t show them like it does Ctrl or Alt. For instance, setting a key to B is different than setting it to b (which I didn’t realize at first and which caused me a lot of headaches!)

So if you’re recording Shift along with a letter, you should be fine. If you’re recording it with a specialty key I’m not sure if it will work or not.
