Hi guys, I recently tried out VRay 3.2 with 3ds Max 2016. I’m having some crazy problems.
Everything is fine with the Scanline renderer. So I enable VRay, render through the perspective viewport, and things are still okay.

Then I create a camera and render through that. It hits the fan. There is a faint (you can barely see it here but it IS there) star pattern of several lines converging towards the center.

This happens with standard camera, physical camera and VRay physical camera.
So then I open a scene I started in 3ds Max 2012 using VRay 2.x which worked just fine in that software.
I render through VRay physical camera (already in the scene since in the 2012 file) and get this.

Then I render through the perspective viewport and get this - not how some of the geometry seems to be rotated. The test teapot stays upright while the fuselage is now vertical…?

Then finally I switch to Scanline and everything is fine

Any thoughts…? It’s the most bizzare problem I’ve encountered in my 12 years of CG-ing. I did some searches and can’t find any info on it.
Cheers!
