I know this isn’t the forum for this programming language, but here is my question who can answer. Using visual basic can you create a 3d environment to walk around. http://www.riemers.net/eng/Tutorials/DirectX/Csharp/Series3/Pixel_Shader.php similar to that triangle, um but with water in motion. Does this require images, or can you use the direct x to do this, I know hardly anything about this, just small things.
