Midway Studios Newcastle is seeking a highly motivated and talented Visual Effects Artist, to create benchmark VFX, For Xbox 360 & Playstation 3 games platforms.
Requirements:
Ø[font="] [/font]Extensive knowledge of 3D Studio Max, & Particle systems.
Ø[font="] [/font]Ability to demonstrate strong animation skills (timing, weight, etc).
Ø[font="] [/font]Ability to conceptualize, present, and execute ideas within a tight schedule.
Ø[font="] [/font]Strong artistic, written, and, verbal communication skills.
Ø[font="] [/font]Strong interpersonal skills.
Ø[font="] [/font]Must be willing to relocate to Newcastle, North-East England.
Beneficial:
Ø[font="] [/font]Previous games experience. (TV/Film background also considered).
Ø[font="] [/font]Knowledge of Physics based systems (Reactor etc).
Ø[font="] [/font]Additional 3D application experience (Maya, XSI etc).
Ø[font="] [/font]Knowledge of post production packages (After Effects, Houdini, etc).
Ø[font="] [/font]Knowledge of Unreal 3 Technology & pipeline.
