Looks really good!
Are you going to make a 3d model of this or is this 2d concept going to stay as it is?

Will You create some scenerry for this work?

Looks great, the top of the hand of a trigger looks somewhat flat or something… too simple i think

Really great quality work as 3d, but compared to the 2d concept I think the look is quite off. As I see it, the problem is the hair, the eyebrows and the facial expression. Your hair looks dry and fluffy and perhaps too evenly grey for a 40-50 year old character ( that’s how old he looks like to me). His hair should be overall darker, with shades of grey and even white to a small extent. Also judging from the concept I think that his hair should be kind of greesy, specular, maybe he is using hair gel to get the sharp fringe. The eyebrows should be darker too and better matched to the concept to give him a “tough guy”, intimidating gaze. On the concept he is a little suspicious too like if he is on the lookout for something. You can achieve that look by making some corrections to the eyes, eyebrows and closing his mouth completely, leaving a small opening on the one side for the cigarette. I would make his outfit shinier too, to give the impression that the fabric is of higher quality.

I hope it wasn’t too much  Merry Christmas!
