Gamasutra has some game-art info in their articles.

Polycount has some talented artists showing wires and flats.

etc. etc. etc. Just have to look around.

Also helps to get a game with an editor built in, like the UT series. Then you can open and examine the models and flats at will.

Oops forgot this is the Programing section… head over to the WIP Game Art section for some wires and flats. Bobo the Seal has some nice work.
