Hey!
After some hard days to find out how to do an efficient quadruped rig in Blender 2.5 I finally came up with a solution that seemed to work pretty well. And because there are lots and lots of tutorials for human foot rigs out there, but almost nothing about quadruped rigs, I decided to put my experiences with the rigging process in a video.
I hope there are one or two things in it that you may find useful. But if somebody sees a better way to rig this, than tell me! I would be happy to learn more about rigging, as I am not yet that experienced.
Credits go to Tob, who did an excellent foot rigging tutorial on Youtube (youtube.com/watch?v=tApdSx_4b0Q), that I highly recommend to anyone doing rigs in blender 2.5. I learned a lot from his videos.
Cheers!
