i cannot seem to get vertex size proper under linux with ati 9200 on a laptop.i even tried latest versiona and latest beta. I even changed the vertex sizes from preferences, but no luck, i cannot see vertices. i seem to select themwtihout knowing what i am selecting thou

any idea?

On some ATI older cards, vertices can’t be greater than one pixel, they miss the hardware support, but I thought that was fixed on a 9200…hm does it work in windows?

I believe the answer to gain view of those verts is to go into your card’s advanced settings, and turn doen the acceleration of the card… I believe the verts will show up on the second lowest setting, and the lowest… hey, it’s a bummer, but… well worth still being able to use Wings for those box modeling tasks…

actually under windows wings3d, vertices show up alright. and i am running mandrake distribution.
but i ll look at those card settings. maybe a newer driver would solve?
