All vector illustration except for the embosed work on the type, which of course is done in Photoshop after rasterizing from Freehand MX.

yahaaaaa it’s awsome SteveV!! :surprised
no crits… it’s just perfect. the topic of the artwork is not my favourite one but the technique rules
i hope Terminal24 will now understand that gradient tool is useful in vector art
you rock, Steve! nice work!

#3

holy crap!!! that’s awesome man! how long did that take?
:buttrock: :applause:

#4

Checked out your other work pretty cool. Any chance of posting a pic of what it looks like on the T-shirt?

:bounce:

I normally don’t really like vector-art, but this looks awesome!
Nice work man!!

#6

agreed … if this was pencil or tablet work … that may be just not bad … but vector … it’s great …:applause:

it’s an obsession of mine, vector gives me a look that works well with screen printing, no two ways about it though, it’s time consuming, at least twenty hours in that one.

I’ll take a shot of a shirt and post it on the next few days.

I thought I’d posted this before, but here it is again, the printed shirt

And the vector keyline work for the sprintcar

Yeah, vector art requires so much patience… GREAT WORK!!! really detailed and very professional. I really like the wheels, nice chrome effect. the line drawing looks hectic!! , again love your work mate.
