Not my most advanced picture, but i kinda like the mood. This is the first character i created after i switched from Max to Maya.
I also did a colored version which shows a lot more detail

Just in order to participate in this fantastic galery, here’s (what I think) my best work. Is very simple but I like it a lot.

It was made with 3DMax4, and rendered with FinalRender. I made it for a contest of a brazilian FastFood chain, but couldn’t finish it on time…

This has always been my favorite. Original painting is 16x21 acrylic on paper (1984). Touched up and corrected (I took a bad digital picture) in Photoshop 7.0 (2002).

Kirt. Dude. In 1984? Could it really be that you’re older than I am? Hehe… Did more airbrushed supercars in the late eighties/early nineties myself then good for me, LOL. They’re all gone or too freakin big to scan (loved to work on A1-boards).

Yeah, I did one of those e-mail spam survey quiz things last week and it officially proclaimed me as “older than dirt”. At which, another handfull of hair fell from the back of my head and another half handfull turned grandpa grey. heheheh

I’m sure you can find this out by looking at the birthday calendar … so I happily admit to 35 freakin’ years old (36 next month). That painting was one of my finals for High School! Yikes … I better stop now before I go into a Duran Duran flashback and suffocate myself with a pair of pastel colored leg warmers.
