Okay, me thinks I will get this ball rolling with something crappy ive made:beer:

-I dont have a ā€œBestā€ piece since they are all lackluster and I never finish what i start because i have a constant craving to learn something new. This is just my latest mini-project.
-Maya
-2 to 4 hours.

  • 3-4 months and loving every minute:love:

I don’t know if this is my ā€˜best’ work, but it is my favorite so far (still learning). I just like the atmosphere and feel of it.

Used 3dsmax. The horse & man is just a spline I drew and extruded. Sky was painted in photoshop first, sun is just a lense flare. Pretty simple image.

#4

It looks very impressive though for being so simple:)

http://www.brainfaucet.com/gallery/dragon1.htm

This was just the test animation of my final project for school, and it ended up being better than the final project due to a week of my animating time being cut out of the project =[

#13

Thats sucks dude, but the dragon is awfully cute nonetheless:thumbsup:

#14

Since I always get tired of my stuff really quick my latest projects automatically become the best to me

Anyway, I had this one in a thread not long ago:
http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11579

Done in 3ds max 4.2 / finalRender. No idea how long…on and off since February, mostly learning how to rig. Been doing 3D since 1998.

Here’s the pic for those too lazy to klick the link
