I am a bit confused with the $30 in the order page. Can someone clarify why there is an item EIASDONGLE: EIASEVE3 $30.00? Does it mean it is the cost of Duo Dongle or something else? Do I need to purchase a Duo Dongle on top of that? I am upgrading from EIU V4.
