UV->Vector format

I know about Stamping UV’s but I was wondering if there is a function or addon that will allow you to export UV’s to a vector format like eps or ai? This is the way I used to do it in Lightwave and have gotten used to the workflow and having nice clean UV templates to work off of. I searched on .eps and .ai export but couldn’t find anything.
