UV Texture Editor is Tiling Texture


Hi. I am having a problem with the UV texture editor. In the interest of full disclosure, I am mostly a NURBS modeler, so this UV texturing is a bit of a mystery to me. Having said that what I am trying to do, texture a poly cube, should be pretty straight forward.When I look a the texture in the UV texture editor the texture is tiled. I cannot figure out how to display the texture without tiling. You can clearly see the shaded shells of the box faces in the UV texture editor window. Anyone know if this is a settings issue, a display issue or maybe a preferences issue? I am currently working in Maya 2014.I included a file of my texture and a screen capture of the UV texture editor. I would appreciate any suggestions you might have. Thanks Ed
