uv´s problem when up subdivision lvl

Hi all.
I got a problem when i try to paint a stamp over a model that i subdivided for exemple 3 times.

how i can preserve the uv´s from the original model to levels up? how can i fix that?

this happens because mud dont smooth the uvs but smoothing the geometry…
so turn of object smoothing or subdivide before painting…

but, if i paint only the first subdivision, i cant see the detailed sculpted over the model, so its impossible to accurate my paints strokes over the detailed surface.

I saw thats the problem comes with large face without subdivision, perhaps i could take more subdivisions over that face in max before export to mud.
