Ok before I begin, I would like to tell you that I am using Maya 2014 and I am beginner, so please bear with me… 
So here is my situation, I am just about to texture an old barn that I have just modelled and I am not sure what to do as I have so many pieces (FOR EXAMPLE: I have many singular roof tiles that I have modelled, some are different shapes and broken etc.)
I am unsure how to uv map them all, should I uv map them in sections such as the roof, then the window frames etc… or do they all need to fit on together without overlapping in the uv texture editor?
For the roof tiles I don’t want every roof tile to be the exact same if you know what I mean…
