Uploading pictures

Hi there
This might be s stupid question, but here it comes anyways.
Is there a “upload image” funktion here on cgtalk? or do i have to use a external uploader like imageshack to get some pictures to show on this page?

Yes, when making a post look to the bottom of the page for “Additional Options”. There you will find the “Attach Files” option that will allow you to upload an image. There are some restrictions for file sizes and types. When you’ve used up the allocated space for your attachments though, you’re going to have to go through and remove older images to make room for new ones.

Attached files will also show as icons below your post (see below), rather than inserted images in the post. This later method is when you’d use an image hosting service such as Photobucket or Flickr.

I am new to the forums and I understand that I cannot post attachments before posting two messages. I have had three messages for the last several days and I still cannot post attachments.

Is there something I should activate or do first?
