Ferx, Voidreamer: gracias por las buenas palabras, el diseño del alien me lo ayudo a hacer un amigo que es caricaturista e ilustrador, y estuvimos mirando muchos ejemplos de personajes para sacar la idea de el. y la iluminacion es puro mental…aunque como dices que esta muy bien, aun pienso mejorarle un poco las tonalidades para tenerlo mas colorido…sigan visitando!

Hey Carlos,

your working is progressing much faster than mine. Really starting to look very nice. The overall look is pretty sweet.
When you see the road and environment without the car it looks very sweet. With the perspective with the car there seem to be just too little vegetation at the back. Maybe some quick few bushes and it’s a world of difference.

Now i’ll get back to learning rigging so i can finally start rigging them characters. Will be such a pain in the a$$. I was planning on getting them finished by this week’s end. Will be a hard one.

hey, excelente auto!!, me encantan la texturizacion y el estilo toon :wink:
me gustaría muchisimo ver un contraste de estilo toon con las lamparas del auto hyperrealistas y tambien las llantas, sugieron un poco de suciedad en la parte baja del auto y un poco en el bumper.
tambien sugieron un poco de mas intensidad a la luz quemando ciertas cositas, pero no mucho

Hello…this is a preview for the animation…i am fixing some movements.
PD: soryy for my voice and my bad english, i just use it for the lipsync…and i am still learning abopu character animation…

Nothingness: now the illumination looks better…is a shame that my job takes all my time…cause i want to meke it better…but the time is not much, the i have to make it simple.

Any comment?

after that “hey!” he react to slowly for me
and camera when the alien say “stupid human” is too close because it cut the alien head, there are couple moments with the same mistake…
but overall…good work… :slight_smile:

humfrey: well. maybe that happens cause is a preview, in the final render the laien head doesn’t cut…hope you like the final result.:scream:

Hi to all…this is my finished video. Called: “Stuck on the road”

And is about two firiends…joe(human) and j`draco(alien) and they are going to a trip, then something bad happens…the car is out of fuel,then the alien gets mad with thr human…

I enjoyed watching your entry and following the progress. The interactions between your human character and the alien are a bit awkward at times, but I think that adds to the humor. I like the dynamic of the stubborn human and the angry alien. Your environments also look good…trees are hard to do but you got them looking nice. The tie-in with the butterfly at the beginning and the end also works well, giving the piece a light-hearted feel.

Good to see your entry done! I hope you do well in the judging!
