The idea I have with this character is indirectly related to David Brin universe in terms of the massive battles fought by the other races.
This character will be part of a robot race dedicated to the healing of others, like the Red Cross.
This character is an old combat medtech, damaged in combat on the battlefield after trying to help the wounded while one or both sides did not want it too…
Going for a sad, tired old bot who’s fed up being beaten up over and over again when just wanting to help…

Here is the main concept drawing… will post some more on the rough draft and the ideas for the litttle repair droids before I decided on the ones in this image…

good idea but the challenge is to show interaction between aliens and humans,
maybe your going to have an alien and human controlling the repair bots showing a change in roles with them healing the medtech.

This is just one of the characters that I want to use, not the final image scene 
Still goin to come with the “interaction” part, was thinking of having a Dolphin in a bio-robo suit [character 2] who created the “repair droids” helping the “redcross”-type medtech machine species…

This is a massive 10 storey creature with humans living on it in “basket homes” woven into its huge pillar-like hair follicles, in return, humans hunt the 1 meter tall hair lice on the behemoths…
It will be on such a creature that the humans will help repair the combat medtech droid who helps their injured…

This will be a 2 meter tall crablike creature that humans use as packanimals on the inhospitable environments they live… they are also ideal for the Behemoth colonies because they can climb the huge behemoth hair follicles…

The stinger stilt rodent…
This rodent is a dangerous competitor to the human hunters, walking on stilts, it has a poisenous stinger on a whip-like tail with a LONG range and the stilts lifts it out of danger and gives it a high vantage point…

these are the 1 meter tall hair lice that plague the huge behemoth and which the humans hunt for food in return for letting the humans living on the behemoth creature

Plated wolf-dogs :
Not sure how they will fit into the story idea and final design, perhaps they are used as hunting dogs by the humans… to catch the more dangerous but worthwile prey and protect the soft juicy humans

one of the “mechanical” that form part of the 3-way alien symbiosis between the humans, the Mammoth and the droids… not sure if this will be a repairer droid or the medtech droid from the sketches…
I know I’m WAY behind schedule due to starting a new job this week and finalizing the last project at my old job so my whole design plan for this entry has gone out the window… i’ll see what I can do by Monday for a final image…
