more details added… next, fix the poses… add some more props and work textures and backround.
Uplift Universe - Image Entry: Stéphane Chasseloup
I will adjust colors later, for the moment I only add a unique-tone to see how work the image, i will work the final image in photoshop. next step will be the backround…
Starting the backround, I will put a saturn-style planet, I render the alfa channel as I will place this planet on a layer and play with it in photoshop…
The ship that I will put in the backround, this is the last 3d modeling, next is composing all elements in photoshop… and paint over the image, perhaps some furs on the lyon…
Composing layers in photoshop… now I will add clouds, light effects, the pad that wear the lyon will show a hologram, etc… I don´t know yet if I will let the image at full color or add a global tone… next image will be the “final image”.
Great work, Stephane!! Love the models of the characters and the ship. Great expression on the human’s face.

Cheers,
Dimitrij.:applause:
Awesome work, Stephane! But somehow I’m puzzled why it’s monochromatic? Maybe you should try some different versions? But maybe you have your reasons.
Congratulations, mate!
Dimitrij.
Congratulations on your final image, i realy enjoyed your inspiring thread. Good luck.
Congratulations on finishing up the piece! It is really neat! Really daring choice to make it monochromatic, yet very visually pleasant and stands out from other works. The Best of luck!
The monocromatic match the first idea I have, as my concept… I made some test and finally decide to let the image with that tone… I also try in black&white… but choose this tone. cheers to eveybody… ![]()
congratulations dude! :bounce: very well done!
i especially love the ship design! rockin man! :buttrock: … plus, looks like you beat me to the monochromatic look
even i’m trying to get a single colour tone that will be less saturated
amazing work!
all the best dude! ![]()
Congrats on the final image! Love the modeling and the render. Interesting colors on the final image; it almost looks like a sepia type effect. Well done, and props on originality with the color palette.
Very nice models
Especially the lion looks fabulous. The monochromatic look sure is a surprising move. I think I would have gone with a fully colored version.
Good luck with it
