GaeasHerald ~ hey dude!! great to see you here! hehehe … yup, this is not 3d … but i have to owe to my reference image that helped me shade it the way i wanted to… the extra alien details were the only tricky parts, coz they have to match up to the scene’s lighting, as for his cheeks … that’s just to show that they’re actually a little sunken and not bloated up, compared to the reference photo, i’ve exaggerated that feature a little bit more … thanks for visiting my friend! :stuck_out_tongue:

Neubius ~ thanks a lot bro! thats makes me a lot better! coz i was wondering that i won’t be colourizing it in a certain way … instead aim for a classic ‘sepia’ tone look … kind of like an old photograph … i hope i get to do that in time :eek: lets see how it turns out …

It’s going really well Neville, the dark enviroment and the soft shadows mix good. Maybe some of the details are too sharp, like the edges of the gills and the fold of the armpit, but nothing big… just wanted to contribute something.:smiley: I know you’ll do just fine :thumbsup:
