I’m submitting my final image now, as I won’t have time after today to work on it some more, but I think I can be pretty satisfied with how this turned out. I had a great time with this and have seen many cool entries. I hope to enter more of this kind in the future! Best of luck to you all!
The story is inspired by CASABLANCA with a mood of BLADE RUNNER. If you are familiar with the famous Humphrey Bogart line: ‘Of all the gin joints, in all the towns, in all the world, she walks into mine.’ this is the story. A jilted man is drowning himself in gin and peanuts when he looks up and who should walk into the bar but his ex and her new ‘beau’. The bartender sees the situation as he’s always have and tries to console him the best way he can.
