the colors look greet, maybe the stand of the hologram a bit out of detail compare with the rest of the scene …

The alien council woman has a great design! Very cool. Keep it up ^^

more contrast on the lighting maybe, with the background darker and the green hologram as the brightest light and focal point of the scene.

Maybe it is a litttle too late to write this, but i think there is not enough going on in this picture.The Aliens are merly standing around, there is no communication between Alien Queen and hologram(they don’t look at each other).
Your painting style is great and i like the designs, but the piece could use a little more drama.
