With this image, we’re going to take a humorous interaction between aliens and humans.

Step 1/ Initially, the core values and lighting are blocked out to lay the initial stage

Step 2/ Addition of central lighting and slight texture to various key areas.

Step 3/ The addition of an insectoid alien creature, is the initial idea. Consoles and panels are subtly detailed, and additional diffuse lighting is added.

Colour and composition have yet to be sorted out, and the addition of the tech support will have to be brought in at some later stage

Good reminder guys.

Been away to germany for the weekend and forgot to do more work on this, and to add the cosmic joke element to it. Any critique or feedback about the colour/focal lighting be much appreciated.

I find it hard to add a larger variety of colour to this narrow pallete so perhaps, short of addition of multi coloured mould to the sub surface I will maintain the colour pallete to a narrow one (and go with a hot/cold lighting in stead)
