I like this one much more than the first, it’s very carefree :slight_smile: Maybe making the characters a bit larger on screen?

Right now it doesn’t make sense where they are. If they were only a few feet into the water, it wouldn’t be that deep. I know you probably want to keep the sand visible, so just change the composition so the beach is in the background, as the base for those buildings, and then the whole lower part of the image is water. And maybe to incorporate the alien element a little more you could vary the types of sailboats in the background with some alien looking ones.

Line art for a new concept. Thanks to those who posted comments on the others. This image will involve a vehicle race between humans on aliens, with the aliens enjoying a home soil advantage. I still need to do some character designs for the aliens.

Ive taken the race theme in another direction, im much happier with the camera angle and the lighting on this version, it has much more energy.
