Unstable Modo Instalation

I’ve just installed modo 102 and it seems overly buggy. it crashes when I open some lwo files while the viewport is on textured.Crashes if I open the same files on wireframe and switch to textured mode. Wont let me bring any images into the image library, it lets me browse to them but doesn’t bring them in, also crashes after a few times trying.

I also noticed that my previous instilation of version 1 hadn’t been fully uninstalled as 102 loaded up a previously created layout, I’m thinking that there are some files somewhere on my computer that are causing my problems. where are the layout saves kept?

Tried Repairing and unistalling/reinstalling, any help would be greatly appreciated.

turned out my modo.cfg file in application data was confusing things :slight_smile: sorted

Try deleting MODO.CFG in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Luxology

I dont think it gets removed after a reinstall, as I found out, rather embarrasment :shrug:
