unlink pose sliders

how do you unlink pose sliders?
whenever i move one slider, the other slider moves too
so how do you unlink them?

This means that you accidentally added a driver for the second slider when you set up the pose.

In the PWS under the model drill down to Model -> Relationships -> user properties relationships

here look for the folder for the slider that is causing the trouble, open that folder and then expand Relationship 1
under the relationship there will be folders one of which will say “user properties” this folder contains all the driver information for your pose sliders in the troublesome slider. simply delete the folder to remove all pose slider driving motion, or if you just need to remove the one slider open the folder and delete the driver for that one.
